@MBTA_CR Update for all: @MBTA will reimburse partial cost and @MBTA refuses to cover the late fee cost of a scheduled session. Why should they get away with this when the fault was at the conductor, not the Deaf passenger?

@MBTA_CR I informed conductor Dylan (ID: 04225) of me being Deaf and the stop I needed to get off @ Haverhill line & he missed the stop. This caused me to miss an appointment & this caused a late fee charge and Lyft ride back. I'll need a full reimbursement back for your troubles
