How do I get in touch with @TUIUK it's been 5 weeks since I was ment to depart to Florida and nearly 7 weeks since I was told my holiday would be cancelled, and in that time I have herd NOTHING from TUI or from GOLD Medal regarding a refund. 😡

@TUIUK trying to get some info on my cancelled holiday from Gold Medal booked by my local TUI, the local store is now closed and both gold medal and your head office won't talk about my case. Gold medal want to give a credit note, but due to circumstances I want a full refund.

Just upgraded my phone with @CPWTweets to find out my wife went direct with EE, same phone, same contract price but she gets 60gb to my 30gb and she gets a Max plan. @CPWTweets have refused me to amend, return or cancel my upgrade. Unhappy with the service wouldn't you agree?

@TalkTalk I spent ages on the phone with someone and had no confidence in them then telling me I may be charged for the engineer, also my partner need this internet for work and we’ve been in our new house for a week now

Set up a TalkTalk broadband for my new house weeks before I moved in, told me no engineer visit needed just plug and play, now 1 day after my go-live day still no broadband!! And now I have to lose half a day at work for a engineer to come out!! Not happy @TalkTalk

@VirginAtlantic been denied compensation for the 2nd flight that was delayed 7hrs after already stopping overnight in Bermuda. Believe a miss-understanding about what flight I was claiming for but no one responding to my emails or messages.

Nearly 4 weeks after @VirginAtlantic said they would be giving me and my partner Lauren compensation for a day long delay and still haven’t received anything, waiting for 2 compensation payments.
