Had an interesting thought today💡We always seem to have subtitles on? Even though I don’t need them, my eyes are drawn to them. It’s almost like having a book read to me, so… wouldn’t this work the same way with kids? Parents, leave them running & let’s see what happens! 📖📺

Almost everyone knows about relative age effect. Yet the vast majority of youth soccer is still predicated on where in the Tanner stages a kid is. It's a shame we haven't progressed further
