#fossilfriday 9 fossil mako shark teeth ranging from 2” - 2 7/8” and 1 pathological megalodon tooth found in the quarry a few months back.

#FossilFriday 3 1/16” hastalis (extinct mako) fossil #shark tooth. More rare of a find than a #Megalodon tooth at the quarry. It’s laying on the chunk of matrix that it was found in along with a 1 3/4” mako lower tooth.

#Fossil Friday while checking out one of the hillside walls in our quarry, I discovered these pinniped flipper bones weathering out. While removing the section of matrix containing the bones I noticed there was more bone going into the hill. Would be great if it was all there😁

#fossil Friday two sections of leatherback turtle articulated ossicles prepped out. We regularly find isolated fossils from this species of turtle in the quarry. Next trip up hope find more 🐢
