Undying devotion.

@Jason_A_Scharf Only because I love you…

And also when you posted that it felt forced at me 😂

[whurley @whurley]

@Jason_A_Scharf I’ll give you shit on 20 and 22 😝

@LuizaJarovsky The "Church of AI" aka Way of the Future (WOTF), is a non-profit religious organization founded in 2015 by former Google and Uber engineer Anthony Levandowski.

So maybe not “mass” but it’s one example of many of this type of thinking.

[whurley @whurley]

@LoewyLawFirm No one lives in reality anymore.

[whurley @whurley]

@irabinovitch @Google @gmail It’s the first time I’ve tried something in a long time. It’s sad.

[whurley @whurley]

Ok, I like @Google Gemini. However, why is the one frontier model you would want accessing all your Google accounts incapable of doing so?

This reminds me of when Google would launch a service and you would only be able to access it from a @gmail.com domain and not your personal/company customer domain.

"forwarding all your emails"? There are reasons they are on 3 different accounts 🤣

Do better.

[whurley @whurley]

@thekitze Agree to disagree. Users will be able to selectively pick and choose what they want to give access to.

Frankly most average users 100% need this.

[whurley @whurley]

@CraigGidney Do it!

[Sam Altman @sama]

I am very uncomfortable about people trying to ascribe religious force or a surrender of human judgment to AI models, and think it is a real safety issue.

Break the doom loop.
Create boom times.

The original post shows a complete lack of education on the @OfficialVatican, their scientific knowledge and insights, and the role of the @Pontifex in the understanding and advancement of science.

For those who don't know:

• Pontifical Academy of Sciences: Founded originally in 1603 as the Academy of the Lynxes (and including Galileo Galilei as an early member), it was re-established in its modern form in 1936 by Pope Pius XI. It comprises 80 life members appointed by the pope regardless of their religion or background.

• Vatican Observatory: Dating back to 1582 during the Gregorian calendar reform, this active astronomical research institute is headquartered in Castel Gandolfo and operates advanced telescopes like the Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope.

• Pontifical Academy for Life: Established in 1994, this group focuses on bioethical issues, modern technology, neuroscience, and the defense of human dignity.

In 2023, I was personally invited to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences (@CasinaPioIV) to participate in "Quantum Science and Technology: Recent Advancements and New Perspectives".

You could not have been more impressed by the scientist assembled in that room. So in reality the @Pontifex has a much greater understanding of, and role in, science and technology than the original poster comprehends.

@nick_farina Then maybe your not using them right. When properly applied it’s practically magic. 🪄

[whurley @whurley]

@FilArons Enterprises don’t want AI, they want optimization

[whurley @whurley]

@NadaHosking @robotaxi I think that’s the plan, just not sure how much I could put it into service given my schedule… but that’s what my fleet is for 😉

[whurley @whurley]

After my 50th ride in @robotaxi CyberCabs yesterday, in different weather conditions, and varying traffic challenges, they are simply the best ❤️

Now hurry up and sell me one so I can park it in my garage and use it every day!
