@Mac_Ten@tonywmiller Real question-does this get them “communicating “ or does it just get them talking? I don’t know if there is an actual translation from drills like this to communicating a high or low tag or switching a hand off or hard hedging a ball screen.
Was listening to @WindhorstESPN ‘s podcast, and the conversation was about Dennis Schroeder being HOF worthy if they win this Eurobasket…which may be true. What I couldn’t believe is them questioning whether or not Rubio is HOF based on his international career. He’s CERTIFIED!
As good as TJ has been in this 3rd qtr, he’s playing only in the mid range and not allowing the 3pt line—the Pacers’ biggest advantage—to equalise the game. They miss Hali’s pace and ability to create the dominos the most. But TJ is hitting some TOUGH shots.
OKC has to force Haliburton to go to the rim and see how mobile he really is. Letting him launch from deep will give him a rhythm, and if he keeps making, will open up passing angles for him.
