"Green energy" outside of nuclear is an expensive boondoggle which is exactly why politicians love it.

@NewJerseyOAG Off-shore wind is one of the most expensive sources of electricity and is not as reliable as coal, natural gas, or nuclear -- all of which are cleaner and safer than the were even a decade ago.

The high cost of energy in New Jersey is the legislature looting residents.

@ByTheSeaJersey @NewJerseyOAG Off-shore wind costs $70-$180 MWh and only productive 40-60%.

Natural gas costs $40-$100 MWh and is available on demand (and will be needed to backup the wind farms).

Absent absurd legislative hurdles, new nuclear is $60-$100 MWh, 95% available, and greener than off-shore wind.

If traffic has already slowed or even stopped, then use all of the road. No need to turn a 1/2 mile backup into a 1 mile backup because "that part closes soon".

2. Using actual relevant criteria always "targets women and minorities" who are only up for promotion because of non-relevant criteria, i.e. genitals and skin color.
