@bellavery Discovered the lstv on an mri when I injured my back lifting someone off the floor. It's been a year now and no improvement. But the tear itself wasn't spotted on the mri until 2 weeks ago so I've probably been aggravating it all the time. It was the 4th surgeon who spotted it.
