• 1 tsp Wilderness Valley Manuka 10+ honey
•. Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tsp grated ginger
•1/3 Cold water mixed w/ the ingredients
•2/3 hot water
Reason for warmer rather than hot water is so that all the goodness of the Manuka Honey is kept
