On the side of the a 70mph triple carriageway waiting for the @TheAA_UK to rescue me and been told it’s a 3 hour wait. This definitely isn’t what I would hope for from their service. Are there better alternative breakdown providers?

There seems to be no way of getting a refund on your website, and it’s a significant time change that means I’m entitled to it. I was on hold for 50 minutes this morning trying to talk to someone about it and gave up in the end. I’m a regular customer but really annoyed by this.

@easyJet you’ve moved my flight from 17:50 to 07:15 and I can’t fly at that time. Total nuisance as I booked it as part of a holiday several months ago and we are now going to have to miss the first day of our holiday as there are no other flight options.

@Deliveroo order is now coming from a totally different place to where I ordered it - window of delivery was 2250-2320 and it’s now 2315 and still at least 20 mins away. And I paid for priority delivery. Definitely not returning to order from this bunch of amateurs.
