@oscarcarlos @nickgerli1 Correct. When rates decline the value/price of an existing home rises as the monthly payment declines. This started in the early eighties and continued until rates rose again recently. Prices movement is the inverse of rate movement.

@robmac619 @MargBarAmerica Yes indeed! Its medical center is also top notch. I believe the school and its hospital system is now the largest employer in western NY. Rochester otherwise would be dead. The loss of Kodak, xerox and Gleason was painful.
