Thank you to the women who make up 77% of frontline healthcare workers in the US.
Many of us owe our lives to the heroic work being done by millions of women.

We are going through hell.
When this is all over, I want people to say, we went through hell but we learned lessons and we built a better society because of it.
We can’t underestimate the extreme emotional trauma that many people are feeling now.
We thank @Headspace for their partnership to offer New Yorkers much-needed free meditation and mindfulness content as a mental health resource.

For our hospitals to function they need three things: Beds, Staff, Equipment.
Every day we are balancing the needs of each hospital in each category.
The USNS Comfort and the Javits Center are adding 3,000 much-needed beds.
.@Delta, @JetBlue, @SouthwestAir and @United are offering free travel to New York for COVID-19 medical workers.
They will help transport the thousands of Americans who have volunteered to serve in NY state's surge healthcare force.
Thank you from a grateful state!
This week has been challenging for all of us. The sad truth remains this will still get worse before it gets better. But we have seen New Yorkers at their best this week and I know you'll continue to meet this moment.

I am asking healthcare workers across the country:
If things are not urgent in your own community, please come to New York.
We need relief for nurses. We need relief for doctors.
If you can, help us: https://t.co/hr8dG89QK2
We will return the favor in your hour of need.
