@schieritz Bei Parkraum ist sowas ja komischerweise möglich. Ein Bewohnerparkausweis hier kostet weniger als 10% dessen, was ein Privater Betreiber nehmen müsste, wenn er den Marktpreis für den Boden zahlt. Hier ist der Sozialismus bereits ausgebrochen🙃.

@schieritz 166€/Wohnung im Monat zahlte Vonovia 2025 an Dividende aus. Die Miete könnte also 166€ günstiger sein, ohne Gewinnabsicht. Das die Kommunalen im Neubau nicht viel günstiger sind, ist ein Rückkopplungseffekt der Bodenpreise. Bei Enteignung würden diese sich drastisch reduzieren.

Wenn ich dort abschöpfe und dadurch für Leute mit 1.6Netto die Miete sinkt, wird mehr konsumiert. Produktivitätsgewinne müssten in Arbeitszeitreduktion gehen zur Kompensation./2

It's the coating. Dispersion Varnish gases out. That gas is trapped inside the wrapper and creates that solvent like smell. UV Varnish doesn't gas. Your brain linked that smell to the positiv emotion of opening packs as a kid. That's why you like it.

Nobody chases those cards when they can get banned on a whim. An easy way to restore confidence is taking things inhouse

@xXGimmliXx I reported most of those points in the event survey as well. Less deals at the vendors has also to do with a healthier overall secondary market compared to Barcelona last year. No need to dump excess inventory currently as all new releases (except MKM) did well.

@hmustr @friiyo Ich glaube da geht Wohngeld und Anspruch auf eine geförderte Sozialwohnung durcheinander. In Bayern hast du als Junge Familie U40 mit 3 Kindern bis ~105.000€ brutto Anspruch auf eine geförderte Sozialwohnung (Wohnberechtigungsschein). Wohngeld bekommst du aber garantiert nicht.
