I'm only posting this to show you how disillusioned many so called Christian Americans are. I can't disagree that on January 20, 2009 there wasn't a resurgence of racism in the United States.

I found out that people I'd fought fires with in Detroit (34 years) were actually racists. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from some of the people I thought were friends.

Then came Trump and I was being told by some of these same people that Trump has done more for black people than any other president.

The sheets started to come off and people felt more comfortable to be racist in public space. Many felt empowered.

The term "Becky" took a back seat to "Karen."

I will never say that Obama was the creator of division or anti-americanism. But, for damn sure they used him as their catalyst.

What we are currently seeing is the results of having a racist run a country.
