@bennyjohnson CA also has 10+ million registered Democrat voters and 5+ million no party preferences/independent voters. Disenfranchisement is a tough argument with those kinds of numbers. CVAP is 26.9M, registered voters is 22.9M. Repubs make up less than 1/4 of the political ideology.
