People's credit scores are getting destroyed for this "credit check free" scheme.
User applies with current bank and is declined. Forced to open another Bank account (which requires a hard search). Declined again, and repeats.

The reason people be getting confused is because you keep adding your own rules.
Doesn't all of this go against the Government request of "self-certifying" and simplicity?
There are common-sense reasons why some people can't provide these at the moment.
