Just had my £900 18 month fibre order cancelled by @talktalk. Customer Service response ‘don’t know why it’s happened, you could try and place it again and hope it’s not cancelled.’ Nah, you’re alright. I’ll give @SkyHelpTeam a chance.
@TalkTalk FYI, did that, went through security twice this time to be told the same thing. “It’s cancelled but I don’t know why, try placing the order again”
@TalkTalk I spoke to 3 different teams (going through security x3) and that was the response I got. Rang the number in the text you sent me, that was the sales team who couldn’t help, spoke to the fibre team who couldn’t help as it was the full fibre service, full fibre team said above.
