On 13/04/24 I upgraded to your 120GB 24 month SIM Only £14 Plan. Today at 00.07, while I'm asleep, I get texts saying I’m now 60GB 1 Month SIM Only £21 !!!

@ThreeUKSupport I have a Customer Agreement from 04/03/2024 saying that I have a £16 “120GB Lite SIMO 24M” £16.

I got texts 00.07 yesterday morning about my new plan being 60GB 1 Month.

When I log into my account it confirms it.

I signed up for the 120GB plan. Why has it changed to the 60GB!!
