The Aud is heated in winter to prevent burst pipes, the water and electricity still run, & a caretaker regularly inspects the property for damage. That's why @AHFBoston can plan a future for the Aud involving educational, cultural, & job opportunities for #Worcester residents.

Though the crumbling plaster in #TheAud's main entrance looks a mess, the building itself is structurally sound. No surprise there; @TweetWorcester has taken excellent care of the Aud over its long period of vacancy.
