There are those who leave you feeling that they have helped you be more of who you want to be. In my brief time of knowing Thomas Ruffine, he was that person for me. My prayers for all who were in his life.
Thomas Ruffen, may he rest in peace, played a critical role in GBIO organizing the residents of Mildred C. Hailey that led to the victory of $50 million to address deferred maintenance. Thomas had a servant’s heart as one member described him; we agree and will miss him dearly.
