So glad you are working on this. We can become the healthiest nation if we do this right. Our food supply can be amazing in this new era. So many opportunities. But lots of work to do. Thank you for being willing to take it on. Have not seen any real effort in my lifetime before you in gov.
Fasting is amazing. I think it would great to have a guide for how to know if you are ready for fasting for the edge cases so people can move forward with more confidence into sensible fasting. Really get all the ins and outs of it dialed in. Not saying we should wait till then to try a basic fast. But I think it will help more people adopt it. It would help learn how to fast with better guidance into their symptoms and experiences if they are all laid out so people have a better chance of understanding as well as specific tests and increasing accessibility and affordability of those tests to further assist the best decisions and assess level of readiness.
More importantly, if you give people a sense that health, purpose and relationship have a chance to thrive where we are not just slaves to economic forces with all our time, then we can do truly human, truly beautiful things to make the world healthy. The weight of reducing suffering lifted can do wonders for the soul. In some ways the industrial revolution was massively helpful but we also took on the role of being the robots to it. Let's let the robots be the robots. We need to become human again.
@JoeRoganRecaps Curious to hear what protocol you specifically did. What settings types of red light therapy. Glad to hear it helped your eyesight. I love red light therapy. Have not tried it for vision though.
What if Tri-World Sports is Awesome? How about disc golf. Low grav dynamics would mean discs fly farther inside sealed lava tubes that go on for miles. The moon grav is so low that you would have to wear a visor and have drone assisted sight to line up your shot because the disc would fly farther than your eyes could see! In a more abundant space faring society Multi-Grav training paired with orbital spin stations could be a way to turn multi grav into a health thing. Sure you can play well on Earth but how about on Lunar Colony? Or Mars? Bigger challenges. More fun. Right now some think that low grav makes you less healthy due to sarcopenia among other issues (no grav is different than low so we don’t really know), but what if you vary your grav on a rhythm with spin stations so that you can handle a varied gravity lifestyle? Could you become even healthier than a single grav lifestyle? Runners have to train differently for distance vs sprinting training for a sport in different gravity points could be a much more thorough form of training. Also you can spin up a 1.1G or more before a long trip to gain some bulk.
Space is an inspiration engine, it even has potential to change how we see ourselves. “Think Big” is not a metaphor here. It’s a healing. It’s a peace-making endeavor and even spiritual in nature. I see the world needing an expansive galactic perspective to get over itself. The real deep spiritual ego problems of the world supersede even the mental illness and health issues. We have religious squabbles but at the core we need to see the world and how small it is. We need to see how tiny the earth is compared to space. We need to become the stewards of something greater than a dust mote. We are defining “home” in the mind as this tiny thing and our back yard as a strip of grass. But what happens if we define home as Earth the Moon and Mars and our back yard is the Solar System. The pettiness and tiny factions and squabbles have a chance to go away. We have a window to extend life into a vast universe and re-evaluate the tiny drop of “plenty” we have been fighting over and become stewards of an ocean of stars. We have yet to know the scope of real plenty. Let’s experience what Big really means. Real Plenty. Let’s create it together.
@XFreeze@elonmusk Yeah my vision since I was a kid is that everyone should have more than one. Really makes getting things done go smoother if we can get it done correctly.
@midjourney@farzyness 1. How will you keep info private to individual? 2. How will you turn scanning into transmitting a healing frequency? 3. Have you considered layering this with other types of micro arrays to increase health outcomes?
I used to think Bernie was really amazing because he was consistent for so long. But unfortunately he offers no actual solutions whatsoever other than taking from others. Income inequality is helped by mentorship in creating value which creates wealth and something really thoughtful and good. Taking from makers and creators does not uplift the poor it removes the mentors and examples of value generation. Socialism is a grifter nest whether people meant to be that or sold out to it or not, it is what creates eventually.
This is something the world needs to improve health. Please do this well and succeed. Inexpensive and highly accurate labs and scans are one of the key things to solve to create a real time cause and effect understanding. With the right software +UI/UX It also would also give a useful long-term trend analysis of all nutrition, health, fitness and wellness approaches we are trying out to see if they actually help! Yes Yes and Yes.
Thank you Secretary Kennedy for this win. Nestlé’s decision to remove artificial dyes from their chocolates is a positive step and a promising sign of broader change. While some comments demand more or express cynicism, a more effective approach is to understand corporate motives and leverage market incentives.
We should clearly signal to companies that respecting consumer health in the United States is both good business and profitable. The “dumb, fat, lazy American consumer” stereotype is a lie. And it is not a tactic that will work anymore. This administration cares and we care and we will research and find the truth. We will train AI to know the truth also. Americans have grown more informed and discerning, and we will support brands that prioritize health by reducing toxins—even in treats like candy and chocolate—while holding others accountable.
Rather than reacting negatively to individual companies, it’s more productive to demonstrate collective demand for genuine, sustained improvements. This creates a consistent trajectory toward making the United States the healthiest nation on Earth, aligning our substantial investments in health by also improving the quality of ALL products we consume.
