@the_jeffers @GavinVerhey Tracker CAN draw you cards, but not without landfall and then 2 open mana. If you never play a land, you never draw a card.

It would be the same as saying all creatures draw you a card because you could just cast curious obsession on it.

@karsten_frank I'm cheating somewhat, with Valki being the honorary 12th Apostle, but also a reasonable Emergent Ultimatum choice. It's hard to have enough slots for the Ultimatums and Omniscience package though. I will continue to investigate other options.
