@katielingoyork@WrenKitchens Wren delivered our kitchen components, then their fitters failed to turn up. Wren refused to help, saying they no longer used the fitters in question. Had to source own fitters at extra cost. Many paint quality issues with unit doors - not fit for purpose. Replaced, wrong colour!
@Mrs_G26@WrenKitchens@MagnetUK@BandQ Kerrie is right (sadly for her). Please avoid Wren, we also know from personal experience that you will end up pulling your hair out and still have a bad kitchen. Poor quality as well as appalling service. Good luck finding a reputable provider.
@WrenKitchens Disappointing service - 28k Kitchen with 5k appliances and refusing to replace appliances received as damaged on basis of faults being found on protective packaging being removed post installation - surely the packing is to provide protection during installation!
@Glo_Thienel@not_wren@wrenkitchenfail Lots of really poor quality parts to be returned in front of potential customers in Gloucester or Bristol soon... 👌🏻
