#EE email at 17.38 to say the service was “fixed” and another at 17.40 to say I need to book an engineer. That will be the third one this week to tell me this is not a problem at the property - it’s EE switching off my service too early. They must have money to burn!

Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
