@evernorthxrp Old target was Oct 7 close and Oct 8 trading. New target is Oct 9 and Oct 12. The vote is unchanged. Both dates still need closing conditions and a Nasdaq listing.
Evernorth pushed the dates. Close is now targeted for Friday, Oct 9. The XRPN ticker is now targeted for Monday, Oct 12. They call it an administrative delay and say it is not expected to affect the closing. The Sept 30 shareholder vote still stands. Both dates are still subject to closing conditions and Nasdaq listing rules.
Due to an administrative delay that is not expected to affect the closing, we now expect to close on Friday, October 9th, with XRPN expected to start trading on Nasdaq on Monday, October 12th, in each case subject to customary closing conditions and Nasdaq listing requirements. Remember, Armada II shareholders already approved the merger.
Thank you for sticking with us!

@Vet_X0 On stage is not a deployment. Kbank already had a Ripple wallet pilot. Kyobo’s group has a custody pilot. Woori and JB Bank on this panel is a conversation about payments and tokenized deposits, unless one of them announces a new mandate today.
@RealAllinCrypto Oct 8 is the target, not the listing. Close is aimed at Oct 7 and still has conditions. The 8-K only recorded the vote: 20,514,034 for, 1,362,081 against. Shares are equity, not a claim on the XRP.
@UpholdInc That date is still conditional. Batch already missed Sept 29 when support dipped under 80% and the two-week clock reset. Oct 9 only holds if the majority stays there the whole window.
October’s escrow unlock was the usual 1 billion XRP. Ripple then put 700 million back.
Whale Alert logged the return as 400 million and 300 million. That is 70% of the release, same pattern as most months. The headline is the unlock. The supply number is what stays out, and that is not the full billion.
Armada shareholders approved the Evernorth deal yesterday. The Oct 1 8-K shows 20,514,034 votes for the business combination and 1,362,081 against.
The companies say close is targeted for Oct 7, with Nasdaq trading under XRPN from Oct 8, still subject to remaining conditions. Expected treasury at close is about 473 million XRP. They hold about 347 million now. Gross cash proceeds are about $300 million.
A share is company equity, not a claim on a fixed amount of XRP. Approval is not the listing.

CSD BR is putting a public-chain copy of securities ownership on the XRP Ledger.
First slice is BTG Pactual fund shares. Ripple Custody in the stack. CSD BR stays the official registrar, depository, and settlement system. XRPL is the extra record and audit layer, using Multi-Purpose Tokens.
That is a live market test, not a sandbox tweet. It does not move legal title off the CSD.

@XamanWallet Same rule every week: Xaman support is only inside the app. Anyone DMing “support,” emailing a seed phrase form, or using a lookalike handle is a thief.
@dom_kwok Yes. Do the mechanics, not the price story. What the token represents, who has the legal claim off-chain, and what happens if the issuer or custodian fails. That’s the part most threads skip.
Batch V1.1 did not activate today.
Validator support dropped under 80% last week, which resets XRPL’s two-week clock. CoinDesk put the new earliest window at Oct 9, around 14:46 UTC — only if the majority holds the whole time. Votes can still flip.
Same feature: up to eight transactions in one batch, all settle or all fail. That is the delivery-versus-payment primitive. It is not live on mainnet yet.

RippleX says asset managers are preparing for Batch V1.1.
The amendment groups up to eight XRPL transactions so they all settle or all fail. That’s the plumbing for delivery-versus-payment: asset and payment move together, or neither does.
Activation is slated just after Sept 29 if validator support stays at or above 80% for the full two-week window that started Sept 15. Votes can still flip. The first Batch design had a critical flaw; V1.1 is the rebuild after audits.
Akinyele: they’ll name more of the commercial work once it’s live.

Glad crypto policy is moving forward in the House this week. @WaysandMeansGOP is marking up its crypto tax bill for clearer, more certain tax rules, and @FinancialCmte is marking up my Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill.
The fight for American leadership in Bitcoin and digital assets will not end.
Fed hiked 25 basis points.
New range is 3.75%–4.00%. Vote was 12–0. First increase since 2023.
Statement is short: activity solid, inflation still elevated, this is meant to get prices back to 2% sooner. The dots still lean toward another hike before year-end.
This is the second punch of the week after CLARITY failed cloture yesterday. Macro, not a ledger headline.

This afternoon, Senate Democrats proved they were never truly serious about protecting consumers and preserving American leadership. I sat at the table with Senate Democrats working in good faith to get this done while they played games.
For over a year, they presented demands and the second we met them, they made new demands and moved the goal posts. Today they voted against real limitations on politicians’ personal crypto investments. They voted against protecting American consumers from the scammers and fraudsters this bill would have shut down. They voted against American leadership, and handed China and every one of our foreign competitors exactly what they wanted. Democrats chose politics over the American people—again. That’s not leadership on their part, that’s surrender to their radical, socialist base.
The once-proud Democratic party is anti-consumer and pro-illicit finance, anti-ethics, anti-free enterprise, anti-worker, anti-livable wage jobs, and pro-socialism. The Democrats are now anti-American. Sad!
