We had some small issues with our cabling order last week, but fortunately the fine folks at @OESElectrical were on the case and rapidly shipped us a new coil of cable. We’ll be installing this on the telescope tomorrow. Thanks very much to OES for being so helpful.

Our engineering team have been busy preparing the replacement for the malfunctioning control cables for the motor drive. This carries power and position information between the telescope’s motor drive and the control room. We are visiting the observatory to install them soon.
