Please do the following:
1.Delete "XRD Software Update" at: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/X-Rite/Frameworks/XRiteDevice.framework/Versions/B/Resources/
2.Delete "com.xrite.device.softwareupdate.plist" at: Mac HD/Library/LaunchAgents/
3.Reboot the computer
