@Rogers We weren’t able to look up critical information & had to rely on others cities just to get updates. How is this acceptable in 2025? Is it now “normal” that when the power goes out, our phones become useless too? This is a failure in infrastructure & needs to be addressed.

@Rogers Richmond, BC experienced a power outage, but what I can’t understand is why our 5G data stopped working as well. I expect my home WiFi to go down during a blackout — that’s normal. But why should our mobile network fail at the same time?
