Anthropic's terrible safety situation is making it so that I cannot have Opus review p0 issues in Hermes Agent to review and help fix security issues.

This does nothing but give hackers an asymmetric advantage over everyone - they will find jailbreaks, they will find ways around this to exploit systems - and the rest of us are locked out of using AI to protect from them.

I am surprised more people are not paying attention to this update from Anthropic on its stock policy. This seems like a potential bombshell.

There is an active secondary market purportedly in Anthropic stock or derivatives including on fairly reputable (or at least well-known) platforms like Forge. Anthropic is calling them out *specifically*, by name, and essentially *saying* 100% of these are illegal.

Some may be frauds (people selling Anthropic stock or interests in Anthropic stock that they don't truly own), but more likely many are legit attempts at transferring Anthropic equity (directly, as SPV shares, or as some type of 'beneficial interest' or future, etc.)

Anthropic appears to be saying it will treat all these transfers as void. I don't have access to their terms, but it's very interesting to think what this could mean. Do the 'first purported sellers' in the chain potentially have an opportunity to do a double-dip? Does the first seller and all downstream buyers get the entire entitlement nuked?

Anthropic is threatening that--are they just bluffing? If they're not bluffing, what litigation is likely to ensue? This can get into really esoteric areas of corporate law that depend on exactly how the transfer restrictions are drafted as well as the language around how violations of transfer restrictions are treated--for example, if they are merely voidABLE then downstream buyers can assert various equitable claims/defenses, but if they are VOID ab initio then in some jurisdictions that forecloses equitable defenses.

Die Vorstellung, Hisbollah und Hamas seien als Widerstandsbewegungen gegen israelische Besetzung entstanden, hat Ihnen Grok ja bereits widerlegt.
Beide sind entstanden, um Israel zu vernichten. Weil die Palästinenser Israel selbst als „die Besetzung“ ansehen.
Die Hisbollah, die nicht aus Palästinensern besteht, ist während des Libanonkrieges entstanden, wurde aber nicht beendet, als Israel sich zurückzog. Die Hamas wurde von der Muslimbruderschaft in Ägypten begründet. Und die PLO, die Palästinensische Befreiungsorganisation, wurde gegründet – Obacht! – BEVOR Israel überhaupt etwas besetzt hatte.
Die Besetzungen waren keine Aktion, sondern eine Reaktion.

Sie sollten wirklich mal etwas Geschichte nachschlagen und sich nicht nur auf das berufen, was in den letzten 20 Jahren passiert ist und gerade durch die Propaganda verbreitet wird.

Also warum fokussieren Menschen wie Sie ständig nur auf das, was Israel tut und nicht auf das, was die Palästinenser oder beispielsweise die Hisbollah tut?

A thief does not gain lawful ownership of stolen property simply by taking it, and the law is clear on this. Those assets were recovered to be returned to users victimized in the April 18, 2026 exploit. Freezing them harms the very people this recovery effort is designed to protect.

1. Polymarket hasn’t announced they’re leaving Polygon. They have announced they’ll (probably) build their own chain to configure it to their specific needs - and that makes tons of sense and can actually happen using Polygon tech (CDK)

Another day, another precedent-setting ruling for DeFi.

Today, Judge Failla dismissed with prejudice the Risley class action against @Uniswap Labs and @haydenzadams. The Federal charges had previously been dismissed, and today the various state claims are dismissed. Again, the premise is simple:

“Plaintiffs’ theories of liability are still predicated on Defendants having ‘facilitated’ the scam trades ‘by providing a marketplace and facilities for bringing together buyers and sellers of Tokens[.]’

Though the claims have changed, the result is the same: Plaintiffs cannot hold Defendants liable for the misconduct of the unidentified third-party issuers.”

To take my favorite quote from the last dismissal:

It “‘defies logic’ that a drafter of a smart contract, a computer code, could be held liable … for a third party user’s misuse of the platform.”
