Buybacks>Debt repayment>Dividends

The new city council of St. Paul is 100% millennial women and 6 out of the 7 are women of color.

It's been amusing to watch these journalists ask @VivekGRamaswamy questions, only to promptly interrupt his answer to said questions..while screeching & literally melting down. So unprofessional. Once this reporter finally shuts up, Vivek's answer is brilliant. And factual.
Tin foil hat time: If I were the US govt & wanted to acquire as much BTC as possible, I would allow/encourage people/firms to hold their BTC with regulated centralized custodians/ETFs & then issue an order similar to 6102 to acquire all of that BTC at market w/ no slippage.

A much bigger problem, which Haley’s neocon ideology refuses to acknowledge, is that a generation of soldiers learned how little their government cared about them — sending them off to die in wars in the government had zero plan for winning, and then ignoring those who came back with lifelong physical and mental scars. And that generation has little interest in encouraging its sons to give their lives to a government which increasingly appears to hate them.
Nothing to see here.
