Водночас майже ідентичний SDI-агентові патоген заражає земні рослини, зупиняючи продукування кисню, і зниження концентрації O₂ загрожує стати більшим рушієм планетарного хаосу, ніж навіть найекстремальніші прояви глобального потепління. Учені, що намагаються протистояти цьому вторгненню, відкривають дивний вуглецевий світ далеко поза межами видимого із Землі всесвіту, проте виявляються цілковито не готовими, до того, що в ньому побачать.

«Колапс» — друга книга фантастичного циклу «Нові Темні Віки». Це історія про втрату контролю. Розповідь про те, як людська гординя — наша кричуща нездатність визнавати помилки і вчасно зупинятися — ставить цивілізацію на незворотний шлях до темряви.

PumpFun emerged from the 12th cohort of the AllianceDAO accelerator. The deal structure was as follows: $450K investment at a $5M equity valuation + $7.5M FDV

This gave AllianceDAO 6% ownership of all tokens. At the TGE valuation of $4 billion, their share is worth $240 million.

Let’s break it down.

- TGE Valuation: $4B
- P/E Ratio: 5

This is low coefficient, especially for two reasons:

1. Crypto averages P/E ratios higher in dozens of time
2. PumpFun has enormous hype, traction and growth

For context:
Hyperliquid’s P/E now is ~60x

The question is, what coefficient would be correct to take in order to understand how much PumpFun token might actually cost?
Usually, for fast-growing companies in Web2, this indicator from 20x to 30x is used.
If PumpFun traded at a P/E of 20x–30x:

FDV would be: $16B–$24B, or 4x–6x upside from TGE

The Big Picture for AllianceDAO

AllianceDAO could see its 6% stake rise from:

$240M (533x) to
$1B (2,100x) if the project hits a $16B+ valuation.
