Enterprise Adoption of Bittensor
This panel will explore what enterprise adoption of Bittensor looks like in practice, through two live partnership models: Score working with PwC on distribution, and BT Labs working with Alera Group on enterprise-facing adoption.
Featuring @SiliconJose, @MaxScore, @jtledore, and Shane Smith, the conversation will look at what PwC and Alera see in Bittensor, what it takes to bring subnet-based products into serious corporate conversations, and how partnerships can turn technical capability into something enterprises can understand, trust and deploy.

This is what real adoption looks like
The beauty of this partnership is that it’s not just one partnership.
When PwC starts offering Manako, built by $TAO subnet 44 Score, to its clients, you’re not looking at a single deal.
You’re looking at distribution at scale.
PwC is one of the Big Four, they work with some of the largest companies in the world. Now imagine how many of those companies are operating cameras.
From retail to logistics to manufacturing to nfrastructure and many more.
All of them sitting on massive amounts of unused data.
And now they’re being introduced to a system that can actually turn that into real-time intelligence and action.
A lot of people still underestimate what’s happening here, this isn’t just another AI product.
This is infrastructure that plugs directly into the real world.
All the cameras are already there.
What didn’t exist was a system that could understand it and act on it in real time.
That’s what Manako is building.
And it’s powered by Bittensor.
This is why we’re so bullish on $TAO. Because this is where everything comes together.
A problem, solved by a product that just got a significant distribution pipeline.
And underneath it, a subnet that captures that value.
If this gets rolled out across even a fraction of PwC’s network, you’re talking about adoption at scale.
And once that starts, things tend to move fast.
Because now significant value is coming from outside the ecosystem.
Enterprises paying for better operations, better decisions, less loss and more efficiency.
1⃣ That demand flows into the product.
2⃣ The product is powered by the subnet.
3⃣ And the subnet sits inside the $TAO economy.
That’s the flywheel.
We’ve been in crypto long enough to know how rare this is.
Most projects never get here.
They don’t have the product, nor the distribution or a system that can actually capture the value.
This has all three.
And when that happens, it usually doesn’t stay unnoticed for long.
This is one of those moments where everything just clicks.
And honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Manako × @PwC_France
We've formed an alliance to bring physical AI to enterprise at global scale.
PwC France will lean on Manako's Business Operations World Model, powered by @webuildscore to turn their clients' existing camera networks into real-time systems of action.

Most organizations see what happens on the ground.
Too few act on it at proper speed
@PwC_France and Maghreb partners with @manakoai@webuildscore to turn cameras into operational intelligence leveraging the Bittensor blockchain technology @bittensor@opentensor@const_reborn
From observation → automation → impact.
Clients are already exploring this technology at a fast pace to foster value creation at scale
The Vision AI race is now at highest velocity
@MaxScore
With decentralized AI, intelligence is produced and consumed through the blockchain —built on open‑source models and protocols rather than closed platforms. This can optimize bottlenecks, latency and cost, and turns distributed infrastructure into a coordinated, high‑efficiency operating system. We are more and more investigating this technology to create value for our clients an this partnership is one of the key blocks in our strategy.

In a club’s analytics workflow, annotated footage is where everything begins.
Based on the footage processed on our subnet, our models reconstruct full x,y coordinates for every player across the entire 90 minutes at multiple frames per second. At the same time, we detect all key actions such as passes, shots, tackles, duels, and goals.
This approach works with any available match footage. As a result, clubs can build large datasets covering many players, teams, leagues, and seasons, without relying on expensive optical tracking systems or manual tagging.
Once the footage is fully analyzed and annotated using the best available models on the subnet, all generated data is ingested into the club’s own analytics stack. From there, clubs apply their internal models, metrics, and workflows to extract exactly the insights they need.
In practice, this enables:
- Scouting and recruitment with consistent evaluation of on- and off-ball behaviour across competitions
- Tactical analysis of team structure, pressing, transitions, and opponent tendencies
- Player development insights for first team, academy, and training matches without additional setup
Better data → better decisions

When Barry Silbert (@BarrySilbert) returned to the stage after 5 years for Proof of Talk 2025, we knew it wouldn’t be just another panel discussion. And it wasn’t!
Between the huge inflow of capital expected into $TAO and the explosive growth of the #Bittensor ecosystem, Barry made a huge announcement in his panel discussion with David Lawee (@dlawee) and Michael del Castillo (@DelRayMan): @YumaGroup is about to launch an asset management business, which will enable institutional investors to invest in alpha token strategies.
The service will make it easy for investors to invest in the excellent teams and projects in the subnets!
Proof of Talk 2025 might have just witnessed the conversation that changes the future of Bittensor.

What big announcements are coming on day 2?
I just used https://t.co/RZkWgRCrYQ from @chutes_ai for the first time as a customer. As in I needed to actually deploy something for my team ...and I am blown away.
I am sorry but this deserves its top spot in Bittensor. I had no issue with the costs, dev mode fee or anything with such a genuinely useful prouct for which there is no centralised competitor that would have made it as simple for someone with my lack of ML knowledge to spin up a model I had not even heard of to give API access for my team.
This should not be overlooked ... this value extends so far beyond #Bittensor and @rayon_labs deserves all the praise they get and more.
Chutes (sn64) is (currently) the top ranked #1 subnet on Bittensor with a $50M~ valuation. If Chutes were a startup, 100% of VCs would price it at a valuation somewhere between 10-20X higher. Chutes also powers the most DeepSeek free token outputs on @openrouter. 📈 $TAO
The pump over the last 24 hours in alpha is from roughly 11,000 $TAO leaving root. Probably some of that went to exchanges so very likely even less.
We could do that every day for the rest of the year and STILL have 3.3 million $TAO on root lol
Rayon labs is releasing the first ever full-stack and decentralized agent infrastructure.
Low level compute on (64)
training on (56),
and fast AF inferences on (19).
Pretty cool.
