We are making significant progress in the implementation of Nigeria’s Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative, thanks to the robust support of Mr. President @officialABAT, our development partners, and stakeholders, both local and international.
Yet, we understand that the ambitious goals we have set to save more lives in Nigeria would benefit from additional resources and smart partnerships.
Today’s visits by the Country Director of the Agence Française de Développement @AFD_en, the Vice President of the African Development Bank @AfDB_Group, and the Vice President of MSD @MSDInvents, underscore their commitment to support our vision. Also, this reaffirms our confidence in the path we have chosen to transform Nigeria’s health sector.
Thank you Xavier Muron @XavierMuron, Beth Dunford @beth_dunford, and Priya Agrawal @priya__agrawal, for your insightful contributions and, most importantly, your willingness to align your programs with our objectives.
Your active collaboration is essential to achieving our goals in sexual reproductive health rights, nutrition, and promoting human resources for health.
Together, we will increase investments to unlock the healthcare value chain, boost the effectiveness of our primary and secondary healthcare system to better address non-communicable diseases and improve the welfare of all Nigerians.
