PAKISTAN’S FUTURE: I was really shocked to hear ISPR Gen saying millions are being made in oil smuggling. What a Munafiq liar. Army controls the border and allows hundreds of tankers to come and go but this guy has the face to mislead everyone. He insults the intelligence of people as if he is a prophet sent by God.
The reality is NO ONE, YES NO ONE, believes in Pakistan’s future, incl. these corrupt Generals. Can anyone explain why all Army Chiefs have family and assets stashed abroad and run the day they retire. They don’t believe in Pakistan, it’s only a hunting ground when they have guns.
People, helpless as they are, also want to run away.

Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan is in solitary confinement since October 16, 2025.

He has spoken to his sons only twice in 2025 and once in February 2026 after Supreme Court orders. He has been denied books to read. He has received only 3 of the dozen books that we managed to get to adiala through a judge.

Then, a perfectly health and fit Imran Khan suddenly develops a clot in his eye. He was not provided medical assistance. For two weeks, he repeatedly told the jail superintendent that he CANNOT SEE.

The Adiala Jail superintendent Ghafoor Anjum DELAYED calling in a specialist for three months.

By the time the eye doctor came, the delay caused permanent damage to Imran Khan’s eye. We are extremely worried that his other eye could also develop a clot.

Imran khan has repeatedly sent messages over past few months that he is not satisfied with the treatment and there is only marginal improvement after the first injection in the eye. No improvement since then.

Over the past month, Bushra Bibi, his wife has also developed an eye condition and was operated upon last week.

Imran khan and his wife are being tortured through solitary confinement. We have repeatedly protested, demanding Imran Khan to be examined and treated at Shifa International Islamabad. There is an urgent need to identify the cause of the blood clot. Our worry is that his other eye could also develop a clot unless proper diagnosis is done and it’s treated accordingly

This is inhumane and a violation of all fundemental and human rights of a prisoner under Pakistan and International laws.

Pakistan's government announced an "$8 billion Saudi lifeline" this week. It's worth understanding what that number actually represents before the celebration begins.

Of the $8 billion, $5 billion is a rollover. Money that was already sitting in Pakistan's State Bank, which Saudi Arabia simply agreed to leave in place rather than withdraw. The remaining $3 billion is a new central bank deposit, essentially a loan Meanwhile, Pakistan owes $3.5 billion to the UAE this month. Do the math and the net new liquidity for the country is somewhere around $2 billion, and even that arrives as debt, not investment.

None of this is surprising to Pakistanis who have watched this pattern for decades. Governments announce figures that are technically accurate but deliberately assembled to sound transformational. Rollovers get bundled with fresh capital. Deposits get framed as development. The headline number circulates, political credit is claimed, and the underlying fiscal reality stays exactly where it was.

Saudi Arabia's motivations here are also worth noting. This is as much about regional positioning and maintaining influence over a strategically important neighbor as it is about generosity. That's not cynicism, it's just how sovereign finance works.

Imran Khan has been kept in solitary confinement for six months under brutal conditions, while Bushra Bibi is being held the same way. Their freedom is being deliberately blocked by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, who refuses to fix their bail hearings.

Imran Khan has made it clear that the judiciary is no longer independent, it is acting like a tool of the government. Judges assigned to his cases are not delivering justice; they are ensuring hearings never happen. The reality is simple: the moment this case is heard, its weak and baseless nature will be exposed, and bail will become unavoidable. That is exactly why it is being stalled. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi continued imprisonment is due to Judge Dogar, who is openly facilitating a government that came to power by stealing Imran Khan’s mandate.

Through Salman Safdar, Imran Khan has sent a message, his wife is being pushed to the edge by prolonged isolation. He has said he can endure this ظلم himself, but she is being broken to force him into submission. The pressure is deliberate, calculated, and inhumane. He said clearly “no deal, no surrender! It is liberty or death.”
