IP Licencing update for @OnChainAllStars

Having considered the options and wanting this to be something that could add value to your All-Stars - @EtoVass and I decided to follow the path set by Bored Ape Yacht Club.

As of today, you're free to use the artwork of any On-Chain All-Stars that you own for both personal and commercial use.

You can read the licence terms on the On-Chain All-Stars website.

To reference something @GordonGoner said about the Apes IP rights – we’ve built the sandpit, now you guys can go build the sandcastles!
