This is an end game of Indian exchanges which are not providing Crypto Withdrawal.
The major bottleneck for the foreign exchanges was INR deposit and withdrawal.
Now if it is fixed (Coinbase is the first one to fix it), we can imagine the fate of CoinDCX, Mudrex,Others.
@smtgpt
@Xrollout@CoinDCX@CoinDCX_Cares@smtgpt@pushpendrakum Need aware more about it to all users as i am also facing this issue since a long, very painfull as they dont allow our hard earn money coin for our self custody
BREAKING: 🇮🇳 Binance says India has no law restricting crypto withdrawals.
Yet most domestic exchanges still block them, citing money laundering fears.
Poor Women... They don't know that CoinDCX doesn't give Crypto Withdrawal and they will never own their Crypto in their own wallet if they invest through CoinDCX.
Very sad.
One of the most interesting behavioural shifts I have been tracking on @CoinDCX over the last few years is how women are investing. The data tells a clear story.
-> Women investors grew 116.8% in one year. One of the sharpest annual acceleration we have recorded.
-> Gender ratio moved from 1:7 to 1:6. Women now account for 15%+ of total investors on CoindCX.
-> But the more interesting signal is where this growth is coming from. 40% of women investors are from Tier II cities: Bhubaneswar, Vadodara, Kochi. Another 50% from Tier I metros. That's 90%+ of participation driven across both metro and non-metro markets.
->This mirrors what's happening at an industry level too. Globally, women's participation in crypto has been steadily rising. Driven by greater access to digital financial infrastructure, increasing financial literacy. India is no exception.
-> As smartphone penetration deepens and fintech adoption grows across smaller cities, more women are entering financial markets with clear focus.
-> When you look at portfolio behaviour, it's deliberate. Average of 4 tokens held. Preference for established assets like BTC and ETH along with diversification into others. Retention through market cycles has strengthened and not dropped off.
For us, that last point matters a lot. Retention through volatility or HODLing is the real test of whether users understand what they're investing in. Women on our platform are passing that test consistently and the broader industry data suggests this isn't unique to CoinDCX.
This is a structural shift in who participates in financial markets. And it's just getting started. Happy Women's Day to women that are strengthening families, economies, and nations! 🙏
#InternationalWomensDay #GiveToGain
But in that pursuit, you made thousands of people (your subscribers) invest in Alt coins and lose their money. I think you remember that.
I am also one of them.
Very sad.
10/10 in #Crypto
It was the worst day in crypto, but it changed many things for me.
I stopped trading alts.
I focused more on $BTC.
I realized this market can scam at any moment, so I became an aggressive profit taker.
Overall, I became more profitable than before.
Sometimes we need a bad day to learn a lesson and create good years ahead.
You forgot one more important thing which Smart People do:
-Always invest through the exchange which has Crypto Withdrawal facility.
But here, CoinDCX doesn't have that.
INSIGHT: 🇮🇳 85% of Indian women want to start investing in crypto markets, per CoinSwitch survey.
56% of them prefer investing in Bitcoin and 27% prefer altcoins.
Sorry to say but this is an excuse.
Other Indian platforms are providing Crypto Withdrawal in a controlled manner.
If you start the Crypto Withdrawal, then only people will join you.
@CryptooIndia
@Xrollout Crypto withdrawals are currently disabled as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance platform security and improve the overall user experience.
Had the opportunity to attend @CoinSwitch Conclave.
Thank you so much for the invite and big thanks to Crypto India Community of Ahmadabad.
Loved meeting everyone in Person
If you allow Crypto Withdrawal at CoinDCX, nobody will sell their Crypto (that is what you also want... isn't it..?)
So when are you allowing that?
I have been requesting the same for the last 3 years... CoinDCX has no years.
In the last few weeks, I’ve been getting a lot of messages from friends.
Some were asking, “Should I sell my crypto holdings and exit?” Others who haven’t invested in crypto yet were asking, “Is now a good time to buy Bitcoin?”
As someone who’s been working in the crypto space since 2021 (and tracking it even before that), here’s my honest view:
When prices fall, emotions take over. The market mood right now is clearly tilted toward fear. If you track the Crypto Fear & Greed Index, the current score is 16/100 which is still firmly in “fear” territory.
But this is also when disciplined, long-term investors behave differently: instead of exiting the market or trying to time the perfect bottom, they average into quality assets over time and bring down their overall cost of acquisition.
Increasingly, I’m seeing this behavior in India too. More investors prefer systematic accumulation via SIPs over “all-in” entries, especially in large-cap assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum. In fact, 572,000 new SIPs were created on @CoinDCX in 2025, up 623% year-on-year! We’re seeing a growing focus on SIPs in 2026 as well.
If you are new to crypto, my suggestion is simple:
1. Start by reading up on the technology (blockchain) and the asset class (crypto). Understand what you are buying, why it has value, and what risks and upsides it carries.
2. In the early stages, keep the allocation sensible: typically in the 1%–5% range of your portfolio, depending on your risk appetite and time horizon.
3. Treat it like a long-term allocation, not a short-term trade.
I spoke to The Hindu Business Line recently about investor behavior and the current macro environment. Sharing it here since it covers many of the same questions I’ve been getting lately! Do give it a read and share your feedback.
A very big lesson on Crypto Literacy ... Please check whether the exchange is giving Crypto Withdrawal or not.
CoinDCX is not giving Crypto Withdrawal to its customers.
Got a few questions about why @CoinDCX is celebrating #CryptoLiteracyWeek.
The short answer: There are a lot of misconceptions about crypto, and as India's crypto coach we wanted to help demystify it for the masses.
Reading is one of the best ways to learn, so I’m sharing three books that have helped me in my DYOR journey:
1. Read, Write, Own by @cdixon
2. The Future of Money by Eswar Prasad
3. The Bitcoin Standard by @saifedean
Do share any books or resources that have been useful in your own crypto journey.
Important investment advise from Warren Buffet that is helpful in the current environment:
"Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful!"
At @CoinDCX, we believe crypto can be transformative, but only if it’s approached with education as a focus.
That’s why we’re launching CoinDCX Crypto Literacy Week: to demystify crypto for Indian investors and make participation safer and more informed.
Stay tuned!
It is still a mystery, why CoinDCX is not allowing Crypto Withdrawal.
Sorry to say but they don't have ears to listen to any requests from customers.
Sorry state. 😔
CoinDCX announced a ₹111 crore ESOP buyback today! This unlocks real liquidity for hundreds of our current and former team members who’ve been a core part of our growth journey.
When I joined @CoinDCX in mid-2021, it had just become India’s first crypto unicorn, and there was bullish market sentiment across India for crypto. But CoinDCX was still a startup: with a few million users and just beginning to move beyond product-market fit. There were early signs of success, but our team had to work really hard to experiment, iterate, and build scalable systems from scratch in an industry facing strong headwinds and high volatility. The tough times only brought the team closer and made us stronger.
As of 2026, we have scaled to over 2 crore users, expanded into new geographies like MENA, and launched new product lines.
So, this ESOP buyback is a very important milestone for us. I’m glad that the people I get to work with every day are being rewarded for all the hard work and sacrifices they have made for the company and the crypto industry in India.
I also hope this inspires more builders to contribute to the crypto revolution in India. We are still early, and the future is bright!

$BTC has finally printed a strong daily candle close above the major $94K 👇resistance after 57 days, with one of the best possible closings.
This is a very positive and bullish sign for the entire crypto market. 🚀
In one of your YouTube videos during this time last year, I commented, "There will be no Alt season, buy only BTC and ETH."
In that comment you replied, "You have no brain" at that time.
I accepted that humbly at that time.
#Altcoins warning
If you’re running on hopium, you can close your eyes, ignore the charts, and wait for the altseason or relief rally you believe will come, so people will buy and you can sell to them.
Otherwise, look at the price action: Bitcoin pumps and dumps while alts like $SOL, $ONDO, $ASTER, and $TAO make new lows every day.
Say it’s pumping when it’s actually pumping. Right now, it’s dumping.
Reality won’t change if you close your eyes.
