It may be just me, but I really don't understand why people publish on bioRxiv without any formatting at all. Adding some headers, not using double spaced text, and placing the figures where they should be instead of at the end will make the manuscript so much more readable.

This x1000 - really excellent article. For example, there's currently too much single-cell-seq data in developmental biology without scientific ideas attached.
