Despite repeated complaints, the AC in Coach B3 (Seats 63 & 64) of Train No. 15120 is still not functioning properly. It works only for a few minutes and then switches off again, causing great discomfort to passengers. Pls arrange for rectification.

@BPCLimited Even after availability of CNG pump owner has denied to fill CNG bcz to avoid que at pump...this is totally against the service providers and customer policy
