@makemytripcare Is this digital fraud? 🛑 ⁠@makemytrip⁠ advertised 30Kgs check-in baggage during checkout for my ⁠@SalamAir⁠ flight, but stripped it post-payment! Paid $1,750 & they refused to honor it.
How do travel platforms get away with this? Thoughts?

@makemytripcare I booked a flight through @makemytripcare with 30 kg checked baggage clearly included at the time of booking. After payment, it disappeared, and my booking now shows only 5 kg cabin baggage. I have screenshots proving it. Please resolve this immediately and honor what was sold.

Regarding my booking 2BAVH2, it showed a baggage allowance of 30 kg during booking, but the ticket issued showed the opposite: only 5 kg of carry-on baggage. This long wait is unreasonable. I am very dissatisfied with your service.

@makemytripcare Unfortunately, the booking screen shows a baggage allowance of 30 kg, but upon receiving the ticket, I was surprised to find it only shows 5 kg of carry-on baggage. I request transparency. The problem has not yet been resolved. Booking number: 2BAVH2

I can’t check in online because I don’t know the email linked to my Ryanair booking. I booked through MakeMyTrip, so this isn’t my fault. Without it, I may have to pay a €55 airport check-in fee. Please send the linked email urgently.
