So many young people newly diagnosed with Hypertension. No family history whatsoever. Definitely lifestyle and feeding.
You guys are not working out, and you're definitely not eating well.
Sometimes, food can look good and still make you sick.
Harmful germs and chemicals can hide in everyday foods such as:
🍗 Meat, seafood, milk and cheese

🚰 Drinking water
You can reduce your risk of illness by:

The young ladies at @LoremiTours are onto something special - an authentic Acoli experience curated by @acholiglo. In the photo below, @akelloshiela1 simply exudes Acoli heritage and elegance.
The next time you are in Gulu City, visit @LoremiTours and book a homestead and historical tour with them. There is nothing similar to that experience. Thank you, @acholiglo, for the invaluable work of cultural preservation.
My friends @DNKibuuka and @CAjK have fond memories of our tours with you.
Access to justice took a significant step forward in Napak District with the launch of the 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞by the Judiciary and the operationalisation of the Napak Grade I Court. 🏛️
Designed to help individuals resolve simple civil disputes quickly, affordably, and without the need for legal representation. By allowing parties to use their mother tongue and ensuring cases are concluded within a short timeframe, the procedure makes justice more accessible to ordinary citizens.
For the people of Napak, this development means reduced travel costs, fewer delays, and improved access to court services closer to home. It also strengthens the ability of community members to seek redress for monetary disputes and other civil matters, bringing justice within reach for those who need it most. 👏🏾

Safe water, sanitation, and hygiene are essential for every child's survival, health, learning, and protection. As we mark the Day of the African Child 2026, we call for greater investment in equitable and child-friendly WASH services, especially for vulnerable children.
Health is one of the most important aspects of our lives. It is literally our life. Handling the people who help us live healthy lives, save our lives in such a thoughtless manner is just ridiculous! Pay the medical interns.
@DrSerunjogiEmma Government shouldn't make it look like choosing to study medicine is more or less the same as signing up for slavery.
Intern doctors aren't slaves.

#FIDAInTheCourtRoom | Case on Reparations for Victims of Conflict Related Sexual Violence
Our case, 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟕 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐, 𝐅𝐈𝐃𝐀-𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟔 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐕𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥, came up for mention in the High Court of Lira on 7th May 2026.
In this case, we seek to secure a judicial pronouncement on the responsibility of the state for the Conflict Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) suffered by women and girls during the LRA insurgency, and to secure a court order on the enactment of a National Transitional Justice Law that provides a framework for a gender responsive reparations program and scheme for CRSV and other forms of Conflict Related Violence.
The matter was adjourned to 16th September 2026, pending the filing of the Respondent's submissions in reply, and the Applicants' submissions in rejoinder. 👩🏾⚖️
I was a classmate of @SueNsibirwa at Mass Communication Makerere for 5 years she was a born again Christian and very disciplined. She even did not have a boy friend until the end of our course. Let's disagree on politics and other issues but avoid insults that damage hard earned reputations. @rkabushenga
