Uber has becoming untenable for me, yesterday my trip moved from 3 to 15 minutes waiting time, then it went “no cars available”. @Uber please could consider removing the ability for drivers to see the value of the trip?

When you want to cancel a contract with MTN, they refer you to the retentions team. But retentions' whole thing is to KEEP the customer. Like no fam, we wanna CANCEL it. How can we get referred to a retentions team if they just gonna keep getting us to upgrade whole time. Wild.
