Dutch, I get it; however, I have a question. When we say cost can you provide your thoughts on how say a procedure like a patellar tendon rupture repair would cost considering the ortho and the anesthesiologist (generallly paid a base rate plus time), plus the DME knee brace?
How would this change when a procedure requires rad and lab tests or the procedure took 2 hours longer than typical due to complexity or complications?
@AndrewJames1201@berniemoreno@SenWarren That’s my point, more contribution into a capped benefit. Next after this will be “hey you saved, you don’t need it” maybe you forefit it.
No, you are not. Here’s a few items that prove my point. You haven’t confirmed many open appointments, no SAVE act, tripping over yourselves to undo HR1 directed payments in the form of Rural health slush fund, the senate parliamentarian is your daddy, thune is still the senate leader, you are pushing an increase to Social security tax, and no accountability for prior admin staff misdeeds. Know theee or four off the list if you want to be taken seriously.
@ScottPresler@AirForceDad50 Everything the senator does is for clicks. He loves the hearing where he gets to do his performative act. Let’s not forget he passed HR 1 and then pushed a bill to undo it under the guise of rural health.
@DutchRojas But you don’t know how to scheme the federal dollars game. Your price efficiencies are gonna make us work for our pay. In short that would make us look bad; therefore, banned! Also, do you want your 15th covid booster, we make a lot on those things.
@LarrySe67214446@GolfChannel So Phx was always crazy they just turned up the volume. Then other tournaments started to copy a crazy signature hole. Nobody can just let it be, they had to try to copy, it’s cringe and that’s where we are in golf. Blame the other tournaments or the tour not Phx.
@Cackalacman IMO It’s his excuse for being a shitty person this far including his lack of control over the years. The producer’s are loving it for their storyline.
I am generally curious as to why it’s always one culprit like insurance. Sure they are an easy mark but there is never a comprehensive look at all the bad actors in the affordability issue. This includes, hospital systems, physicians, ancillary providers, nurses, pharmaceuticals, and the consumer. The problem is like a inflated balloon. Squeeze one section and another section gets bigger. IMO the core issues are money and people’s desire for immediate fixes. I’d love to opine on how to fix it but all that’s politically doable is to spend more, control more but never solve the issue. That means a lot of people keep jockeying for more money including blowing up the balloon with more air.
