I am also very grateful to
@ishikorotaro, @ChFankhauser, @ShirasuLab, Edward Farmer, and other colleagues who shared materials, advice, and technical support along the way. This work benefited greatly from those discussions and resources.
My postdoc preprint is now online @biorxiv_plants. We established HYDRA, a shoot regeneration assay in Arabidopsis without exogenous hormones, and show that photosynthesis-derived carbon drives regeneration via RBR1 pathway–mediated cell cycle activation.

Many thanks to @K_Sugimoto_Lab for hosting me and for her support and guidance throughout, to all coauthors and collaborators @JohannaKrahmer, Lieven De Veylder, and Mitsuhiro Aida for their contributions.
I have a PhD student and a post-doc position available in my lab to work on plant photobiology. Please use the links below to postulate
Please RT, many thanks

@YetkinCakaInce@bookingcom@bookingcom did the same to me. Still waiting for my flight refund. Over the waiting period now. No one is following up and I’m sick and tired of this poor service . #badservice
I thought using @bookingcom meant some level of safety — that we pay them to act as a buffer when something goes wrong with hotels on the other side of the world.
I filed a serious health complaint (garbage smoke, poisoning symptoms, forced early checkout). https://t.co/56eGavjmf3 acknowledged it, promised support — then went completely silent and ignored me for weeks.
No refund. No help.
This is unacceptable. Ref: 6481281215 @bookingcom
Not every paper requires a mechanism.
And it is certainly not a good idea to force authors to explore something just for a relatively weak Fig 5 just to say that the paper "has mechanistic insights"
🔥 Postdoc opportunity 🌱
The Legris lab at @UniNeuchatel 🇨🇭 is looking for a Postdoc to work on the regulation of branching by warm temperatures. If you have a background on plant physiology and development, and you're interested in shoot thermomorphogenesis, apply now! 🧬🔬🪴
Thrilled to share our latest findings on how light signaling through HY5 boosts shoot regeneration in Arabidopsis! Big congrats to @YuChen_bio and the whole team for this exciting paper!
My research paper demonstrating how light signals regulate plant regeneration through a master transcription factor HY5 is now published on Plant Physiology. Check it out for the detailed mechanisms! https://t.co/Sfip4vC2OL @PlantPhys@K_Sugimoto_Lab

Thanks @CArgueso for organizing the ICAR Art Show during #ICAR2024SanDiego. It was wonderful to have that space to blend science with art 🌟 @NAASC_NA_ICAR
Dear Plant Biology community 🌿
I'm glad to announce I will be rectuiting the first PhD student of my lab at the University of Neuchâtel 🇨🇭
We will focus on the environmental control of branching in Arabidopsis 🌸
