@jscotttn Something similar happened in ‘99 when a tornado came through my town with 318mph winds. Strongest ever recorded. People saying it was a F6 tornado. Scale goes 0-5 with 5 being total destruction. What’s more that total? Super duper destruction? I can’t with these people.

Would be illegal to use those funds for anything other than aid. If you think FEMA should have more money, look at Congress & ask them why they didn’t approve more funding.
