Sept 2025 – Kerala, Vyttila Branch: Chief Manager C. Ramalakshmi went missing; a note reportedly cited work stress. She was later traced alive and admitted to hospital.
Suicides, accidents, disappearances — this is no coincidence.
It is a pattern of harassment and reckless late-night work culture.
Management cannot wash its hands of responsibility — and unions cannot hide behind silence anymore.

I purchased a bed, it came with missing parts. They said it will be taken care of in 24-48 hours and I have heard this excuse from them every day for the last 10 days and we have no resolution. WE've already paid for the bed and since its delivered with missing parts....they raise a ticket and ask us to wait 24-48 hours for the rest of our lives. And now I realized there is no return policy as well. Oh wait you can "replace" it but that will take another 24-48 hours which will never come.
Every single person on the customer support is trained to dodge these kind of concerns and so there will never be a resolution.
Avoid at all costs.
