@WakefitCo bizzare way of doing service. Ordered one pillow on 26th July with delivery promised on 7th aug. Which is changed to 11th, 17th , 23rd and 28th. Escalation team creating and closing tickets & asking to wait. There is no solutions, @SupportWakefit is a group of frauds.

@SupportWakefit absolutely shit experience. There is zero support or update on this delivery. Unreal. Moving into a new house should have happened tomorrow on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi but thanks to your incompetence, we cannot. Absolute pits.
@SupportWakefit It seems very frustrating chase everyday for same thing with multiple tickets 2570603, 2569648.
When I will get my replacement product attached all proofs product returned successfully but not getting my product.
So so so frustrated with such pathetic experience with @WakefitCo@SupportWakefit. Delivery delayed, installation delayed, poor customer support. What else is needed to cause frustration and mental harassment to customers?
