💡Important $TAO update 💡

There has been confusion about the latest $TAO update, leading to a stark price decrease.

This confusion is the result of inadequate communication from the foundation.

This is sad because the update is actually super bullish 🚨

Bittensor aims to become an open source AI supercomputer that swallows all the information in the world.

It has the ability to transform information into knowledge.

Knowledge = power

How will they gain this knowledge?
Via their 32 subnets.

In order to succeed, they need to fire each 32 cilinder for maximum growth.

The latest update made sure that every cilinder is incentivised to fire at max capacity.

They don’t want freeloaders or inactive subnets. If there are, there should be a mechanism to replace them by a new more innovative and effective subnet, right?

The update was about this mechanism.
It’s a mechanism that incentivises each subnet to fire at maximum capacity and identifies those that are delivering below par.

The mechanism entails that each subnet becomes self reliant (autonomous within the network). You can say these subnets become L2 projects and $TAO is the L1.

$TAO will always be the base layer for every subnet. Therefore, the mechanism implies that $TAO is the $ETH of the Bittensor ecosystem.

But there’s more!

The value (of the knowledge) of this network is directly linked to the value of $TAO

In other words, the more knowledgeable Bittensor becomes, the higher $TAO will go.

Therefore you can also say: $TAO is the $BTC of AI.

Is there a cap to knowledge?
No, it’s infinite.

See why $TAO is my long bag?
It has infinite value potential.

$TAO is both the $BTC and $ETH of AI.
Few understand this yet.

It took me awhile to understand this.
