The filing attorney could envision sanctions for a frivolous filing if the court agrees there is no cause of action. Attorney sanctions could stop future predatory actions against people such as that suffering parent.

@ekwufinance I'm OK with do-little managers being forced to trim unprofitable lines. You can call it demand destruction, though it's a lot of waste reduction. The email manager jobs can go away, also.

Iran is largely mountainous which naturally limits force concentration. Iraq, without mountain ranges and with C&C, was militarily pounded by USA. Iran appears to be leading a war of attrition. I didn't attend West Point so maybe I'm overlooking aspects of Iraq vs Iran terrain.

Poor will have same rate. Consumables such as grocery store food should be tax exempt.

Super rich already escape progressive income taxes by living through their trusts and foundations and private businesses paying their first class travel. Can't escape sales tax for the higher price plane tickets.

Energy becomes GDP, so a multi-month SOH closure puts Europe in a depression with some food shortages.

USA, having most of it's own energy, can muddle through with a recession and GOP losses when the quiet blue collar workers don't bother wasting their time to vote and be rugged again.

We have the money but it is spent on medical monoplies and medical fraud.

I don't know if AI will prop up tax revenue enough to keep the frauds going. Will need to become a manufacturing powerhouse again, and it takes years to open mines and smelters.

@SinaToossi Which conflicts in our lifetimes were decided by air power? What did airpower win for USA in Vietnam, Serbia, Afghanistan? Sure, WW2 airpower over Dresden did level the city but applying that strategy to all of Iran would mean going nuclear and Israel can go nuclear without USA.

Ukraine area was borderlands of various fighters for centuries. It is not culturally homogenous as was demonstrated by murders of Christians in the Trade Unions House in 2014. Zelensky's outlawing the practice of Orthodox Christians is wrong.

Third option is to follow history of Balkans and split up like Yugoslavia.

Fourth option is to prop up Zelensky's grifts for a few more years so NATO has something to do, kill a few million more people, then embrace third option.

@christopherrufo Before his death, McNamara said USA misjudged Vietnam and it was not communist aggression but was a civil war. He went on to say we should learn from those mistakes but two decades in Afghanistan indicates we did not learn.

@RepMTG House of Reps could be fixed by removing cap on number of Representatives. It was capped in 1929. Let the House grow again to represent the people as intended by country founders. This was purpose of census - count the people and grow the House.
