Now we have a more equitable society, there is no need to choose a new enemy - especially not the TQIA+ community who fought with us to secure equity.

Language evolves - so the B in LGB intrinsically incorporates gender even if L & G denote homosexuality, which refers to biological sex.

I doubt there is one - and if there is, it is probably one where lots of people wear rainbow lanyards. If someone uses racially abusive language, it is recorded. Not so homophobic words.

@big_monkeyball I went to an all boys school where not a single one admitted to being gay. I had a girlfriend and was still beaten because boys thought I was gay for five years after someone claimed (as a joke) I tried to kiss them. Queer people didn't talk about any aspect of their queerness.
