英语流利说那一套，已经能够被 Jev + 网易有道的实时 ASR 模型 Confucius4-R2T2 平替了，更关键的是，R2T2 和项目仓库都是开源的！！！

两个模型的分工其实挺好玩的🙂

R2T2 是真流式，以低至 160ms 的间隔往外吐词，而且还有个 stable prefix 的机制，已经提交的文本只增加不修改。传统流式 ASR 会来回改词，例如，I want to book 可能会变成 I want to look，给人看字幕还行，但下游要是接了另一个模型，它就得跟着反复撤销自己刚做的判断。正因为有了 R2T2 这一层创新，我们才能做到直接把识别出来的内容拿过来，计算漏读多读和错读。

再说到最近很火的 Jev，它只能在事先声明的内容里回答：是否、选一个、1–5 打分。所以项目中我们只问它文本层面的事，例如，读的是不是原文那个词、错法属于哪一类、整段意思有没有走样。之所以用 Jev，关键还是——快！

I originally built it for myself to get off my Adobe subscription, but decided to release it for free and make it open source. It has all the essential tools I need for compositing, with none of the BS.

I know this workflow is kind of archaic in 2026, but I’m still using it until AI can actually get pixel-perfect on some of the details.

The entire app is 12MB. Photoshop is 6,455MB on my machine.

苹果手机可以买个NFC卡贴，然后写卡后贴到手机背部

建议购买CUID卡，可以随意改UID

手机如果可以创建NFC白卡，那也应该可以写入，但是这种手机应该支持复制门禁卡

🔍 逆向神器 Ghidra，拿到一个没有源码的程序，它能直接反汇编、反编译，把机器码还原成人能读懂的代码。

美国国家安全局（NSA）研究局创建并维护，GitHub 近 7.5 万 star，直接封神了。

以前碰到一个可疑的程序，想搞清楚它到底在干嘛，只能对着一屏汇编硬啃。换成 Ghidra，丢进去就能看反编译结果和图形化展示，重复的分析步骤还能用 Java 或 Python 写成脚本自动跑。NSA 自己就拿它分析恶意代码、找网络和系统里的潜在漏洞。

社区也在围着它长东西：GhidraMCP 这个 MCP server 有 1 万 star，另一个 ghidra-mcp 也有 3700 多 star，都是让 AI 直接接进 Ghidra 帮你做逆向。八千多个 fork、快两千个 issue 和 PR 还开着，8 月刚发了 12.1.3。

官方 README 自己也写了部分版本存在已知安全漏洞，装之前看一眼版本号。
